Methodology
The calculator adds basic salary, housing allowance, transport allowance and other allowance into a gross monthly package. It subtracts manual deductions entered by the user, then shows monthly take-home pay and an annual cash estimate including bonus and annual ticket benefit. It also produces a planning indemnity preview using the basic salary field.
Worked example
If basic salary is KWD 800, housing is KWD 300, transport is KWD 80 and other allowance is KWD 40, gross monthly package is KWD 1,220. With no deductions, monthly take-home remains KWD 1,220 before any annual bonus or ticket benefit.
